1. Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as the linen we craft.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • UPI: Pay instantly via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other UPI app.

  • Net Banking: Available for all major banks.

  • Wallets: Options like Mobikwik, Freecharge, and more.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes across India for a nominal fee of [₹50/₹99].

Your Security is Our Priority: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Rimson does not store your card details or banking passwords.


2. Ordering Process

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email and an SMS with your order details and a unique Order ID.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched (within 2–3 business days), we will send you a tracking link. You can follow your Rimson package from our studio to your doorstep.

  • Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our [Return Policy].


3. Order Status Definitions

To keep you informed, here is what your order status means:

  • Confirmed: We’ve received your order and are getting it ready.

  • Shipped: Your package has been handed over to our delivery partner.

  • Out for Delivery: Your linen sets are arriving today!

  • Delivered: Your package has reached its new home.
