1. Shipping Policy
We know you’re excited to receive your Rimson linen sets! We aim to get them to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Because we practice Slow Fashion, we take a little extra care to quality-check every piece before it leaves us.
Shipping Charges: * Standard Shipping: [e.g., Free on all orders above ₹1,999].
Small Orders: A flat fee of [₹99] applies to orders below [₹1,999].
Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, your package will typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rimson co-ords. If the fit isn’t perfect or the color isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All tags must be attached and original packaging included.
Note: As a small brand practicing slow fashion, we appreciate it if you handle the linen with care while trying it on!
Exchanges: Love the style but need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, we will provide store credit or a bank transfer.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us: Send an email to [support@rimson.com] with your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.
Pack it up: Place the item back in its original packaging.
Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
